Elementary Student Access Information
As of Monday, February 1st, students' access to drives will change.
When students sign in with their new site log in, (this information was emailed out to principals, tech designees and secretaries from Jamie Manalo on December 11, 2009) students will no longer be able see any drive except the Q: drive.
This is a change as currently students can see or "read" documents on your site share drive or (S: drive).
Implications? If teachers have student work currently on the S: drive that they want students to access, they will need to move the files to the Q: drive.
Contact Steve Scott, Director of Instruction and Information Technology - Elementary Education, at 566-1600 Ext. 1234 should you have any questions prior to February 1. After that, if you are experiencing problems with accessing the drives, contact Helpdesk.
